Item delayed, when finally came, completely received a different product, attempts to return had been thwarted by their lack of corporation. The nasty part is I paid in full which was £71.18. They came and stole £30.54 and was coming again for £26.18 which I have made my bank block and reversed the £30.54. I just reported them and put a complaint for my £71.18. They are scammers.Wish I could give negative stars to take away all the ones given. They are FAKE. Avoid them.
Please save yourself some money by not sending this organization any money! You will not receive your product and their "customer service" will only direct you to the carrier service. They do not do refunds, nor will they resend the product. I guess I missed it all in the fine print that doesn't exist.
Highly don’t recommend I was scammed for purchase order of 110 bucks well as a reoccurring fee the product came in with a different title. Please stay away from this company the adds on ig and fb are fake!!!! Check the address it’s some random house in Texas!!!
I placed my order on September 5. They said that I am to receive two free gifts (which should have been cologne samples) along with my two colognes. I have been so looking forward to my colognes. Up to today, 10/17/2025, I have only received one free gift, which turned out to be a pair of black socks. I have yet to receive any cologne. Then to add insult to injury, I emailed Vallore Team about the issue and they say that in order for them to help me, I must go on two platforms (this is one of them) and give a 5 start review. KMDT. The only reason why I gave them one star is because they responded in quick time to my email. Right now, I feel like to just cut my losses.Update. After sending them a screenshot of my very honest rating and review, the Vallore Team responded by saying that the only way they can help me is if I show them proof in the form of a screenshot showing a 5 star rating. It's just a pity that i cannot attached the screenshot of their response. I just told them that I will cut my losses as I am not giving no 5 star rating for no NEGATIVE, VERY NEGATIVE SERVICE.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO NOT USE Vallore website to purchase ANY PRODUCTS FROM. VERY VERY VERY DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE SERVICE.
