If I could put a minus 5 stars in I would have. I ordered a quilt on January 25th and 32 days later I have no order status no proposed shipment date, no tracking number, no estimated delivery date. Extremely unprofessional, poor service. Think twice before ordering from them!Okay now we're at the end of the first week of March, and still NO QUILT!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! And, by the way I did reach out to Customer Service, twice. The only information I gained is while the designs are done in the USA, the product is made in China. What a farce. I want my money back,!
