Ordered 2 binders from vault X . One was perfect and One had a little bit of a defect but vault X immediately took care of us and offered a replacement. Did not have to fight or argue about anything . Immediately took care of us!! Would 100% buy again once I need a different color for a new collection. The quality on the binders are great ; felt lined on the inside and inserts for the cards are flat and very clear !
Vault X hired the right people for the job.I wanted to bring up a concern about my order's delivery address, but mistakenly left the ticket fairly blank when I submitted it (not enough context).I still ended up receiving a quick response that asked for more detail. I updated the request accordingly and in turn, received a response that said the matter at hand was addressed. The whole interaction was pleasant which is rare these days. Shout out to Vault X customer service (and Shireen specifically)!
Bought a Zip binder XXL and while the first one had problems the support team responded super quickly to send a replacement one that is in great condition. I love their 4 pocket binders and now I love the XXL. I cant wait for future binders.
