I would rate it less than one star. The items are much smaller than shown, of poor quality, and the website photos are misleading. Customer service is inadequate. I'm trying to return items for a full refund, but I'm being asked to send photos of them hanging up. Then, I'm told to wait 5-7 business days for a response regarding my return. It's infuriating. This company needs to be held accountable.
