I would give no stars but it would not allow me to do that. My wife ordered me a cardigan sweater from vchics. She paid for that and ordered several hundred dollars worth of other things for her and her friends. Today we received my sweater which is a sweat shirt, not what was ordered and is NOTHING like the sweater we paid for. The material is cheap and colored to look like is knit but is not. The junk they sent is not worth 2 dollars. They are a complete fraud so do not waste your money and ever order from these fraudsters. She had written them and they do not respond but it is funny how they pretend to care and respond to bad reviews but do not do anything to refund people they are ripping off daily. If you want picture just write me and I will supply them.DONT LISTEN TO WHATEVER THEY SAY TO THIS REVIEW BECAUSE THEY LIE AND CHEAT EVERYONE THEY TAKE ORDERS FROM SINCE NOTHING THEY ADVERTISE IS REAL. THEY WILL ONLY SEND JUNK!!!!!!! WE ARE FILING IN COURT AGAINST THEIR COMPANY AND ALSO GOING THROUGH THE INTERNET FOR THE FRAUD THEY COMMITTING!!!!!! They will pretend this is not the level of quality they provide but I can show proof of at least 3 to 4 orders that were consistently fraudulent and the merchandise advertised was not anywhere close to the absolute junk they shipped. They use advertisements that are not what you will receive and to date after writing two reviews from orders received, they haven’t bothered to even reach out to us. We attempted to contact them before delivery but they ignored us. Horrible company with fake advertisements. Save your money and your time!
SCAMMERS...Would be zero if possible. Clothing isn't knitted in any way. All crappy printed lightweight jumpers. Took a month to despatch despite pay extra for quicker delivery. Have contacted support and surprisingly no reply. Stay away from them. Based in China do you'd think they would know how to knit a viking jumper.
Item is nothing like the description at all. It is not knitted it is printed on to synthetic material. I would not recommend this website at all save your money for something better. I'm not going to waste my time contacting them from previous reviews it's not worth it they just ignore you. The company is registered in the UK uses dollars for payment which actually results in additional payments for transfering payments from pound to dollars and the items come from china. I tried to leave a review on the actual website but it won't let me.
Well, I finally received an email from them which was ridiculous. I filed a review with the same answer as they have given to everybody. Their email states it is expensive to return the item. They offered 10% which amounts to $4.00 and they keep the rest which is $35.00. That is exactly how they make their money. The items are not what they advertise expecting dissatisfaction. They give back 10% and keep the rest. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I HAVE GIVEN INFORMATION TO MY FRIENDS, PUT THE COMPLAINT ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND WILL NOT REST UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK. I WILL KEEP FILING FOR ALL TO KNOW. THEY ALSO HAVE OTHER NAMES FOR THEIR COMPANY. I WILL KEEP DOING RESERCH AND KEEP YOU INFORMED. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!
this is criminal. THEY SENT ME 2 BLOUSES THAT IS CHEAP AND TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURE. THEY ARE SCAMMER. THEY DESERVE A MINUS ZERO . THE PICTURES ARE DECEIVING. TOOK THEM WEEKS TO ANSWER THROUGH CUSTOMER SERVICE; TO GET THE RUN AROUND. hOW DO WE FILE A COMPLAINT. I PAID OVER $35 EACH. IT IS REALLY WORTH FIFTY CENT EACH... WHO CAN WE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH. .
This website is one of many in a network of sites that sell cheap knock-off's of the clothing in the pictures. What you receive will look NOTHING like the pictures. If you try to return something, good luck. Definitely don't use this site or ANY site with the same pictures.
I am absolutely furious. Everything i ordered was incorrect nothing the same as the pictures or description. I spent a lot of money thinking I was going to get what was described. Just printed cheap nylon clothing that is disgusting. Avoid! I will be contacting barclaycard to retrieve my money back. Scammers be aware! Having the same scripted response just shows they are scammers. Email sent with pictures although they dont need that because they know what absolute rubbish they have sent is an insult. Refund the money paid to you!
