I have used Venn for banking with my fourth tech start-up, and it is the most effective bank I have used to date as far as cost and time efficiency. What has been exceptional has been their support for any questions, support or technical issues. Michael, my support rep on my most recent challenge, stayed on the issue until it was resolved. We had an issue with a client sending…

We had an issue with a client sending funds at the branch level. we gave the client clear instructions and of course the bank teller (aka karen) screwed up and couldnt follow those simple instructions. Venn customer support on chat pulled the info and let us know what the issue was so we could contact our client back to go back and fix the issue.

Top notch digitial banking solution with an incredible support system!

Absolutely IMPRESSED with their support team. Micheal took it above and beyond to figure out some technical difficulties I was having with accounting and made sure to follow up with me on any new updates!
