Extremely disappointing service. I placed an order a month ago and have yet to receive the item. The customer support continues to assure me that they are expediting the delivery. However, I no longer need it since the recipient has left. When I requested a refund, they keep insisting it's too late to cancel and urge me to trust their products. I will be filing a small claims court order today to retrieve my money, or I will ask my bank for a chargeback and let them handle it. I would advise against using this company and cannot recommend it to anyone.
