I ordered via Amazon, two shoe racks. What arrived a few days later was two coffee pod holders. Upon reporting the incorrect items I’d received, I was offered a 25% refund on the incorrect items I’d received, expecting me to pay 75% of the cost of something I didn’t order. I had to fight to get them to come and pick up the incorrect items. They refused to refund me or dispatch the correct items before the incorrect item had been picked up. This has now been collected two days ago and I have not received any further information about my refund or replacement correct items. Very disappointing, frustrating and rude.
