Review Time
They haven’t answered my two emails requesting customer support. I ordered a king, they sent me a queen. What are my options? No phone number to call, no return/exchange process in shipment. Only option is to email. Yet they go unanswered. Although they emailed me twice thanking for the order the requesting a review!
I placed an order for a set of extra long twin sheets on November 2nd, but the product has yet to arrive. I continuously receive excuses about them working hard to custom make my sheets, despite it being a standard size. It's been over 30 days, and I’m told they will ship it as soon as it's made, but they refuse to cancel my order or issue a refund. The email replies feel like generic automated responses since I keep receiving the same message.

I placed an order on August 28. When I checked the status on September 19, it still hadn't shipped. I emailed the company and received a reply two days later stating it would ship soon. However, on October 2, I checked again, and it still hadn't shipped. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card.
I spent $300 on an order placed on May 4. By June 18, it still hadn't been fulfilled or shipped. I've heard that importing from Australia incurs a 125% tariff, which would make my order cost $675. I emailed the company to request immediate cancellation of my order, but I'm not optimistic about a response since they state they cannot cancel once an order is placed.
EDIT: After a month, I finally received a return email with store credit. I really don't want to order again, but they have my $50! It's nearly impossible to get responses to messages or emails! I had to return an item and was told I would get store credit. It’s been 11 days since they received the return, and despite emailing every day, I have no response. They did take my money, though!
