They haven’t answered my two emails requesting customer support. I ordered a king, they sent me a queen. What are my options? No phone number to call, no return/exchange process in shipment. Only option is to email. Yet they go unanswered. Although they emailed me twice thanking for the order the requesting a review!

Frustrating Experience with Delayed Order

I placed an order for a set of extra long twin sheets on November 2nd, but the product has yet to arrive. I continuously receive excuses about them working hard to custom make my sheets, despite it being a standard size. It's been over 30 days, and I’m told they will ship it as soon as it's made, but they refuse to cancel my order or issue a refund. The email replies feel like generic automated responses since I keep receiving the same message.

It's been two months, and I'm still getting the same excuse that my order is being custom made. Perhaps they are still preparing the materials to create the sheets?

Ordered extra long twin sheets...

I placed an order for extra long twin sheets on November 2, but the product never arrived. I keep receiving excuses about them working hard to custom-make my sheets, even though they are a standard size. It's been over 30 days, and they keep saying they will notify me when it ships. They refuse to cancel my order or refund my money. I suspect the email responses are just standard replies generated by AI, as I keep getting the same message.

Ordered an item on August 28—never shipped

I placed an order on August 28. When I checked the status on September 19, it still hadn't shipped. I emailed the company and received a reply two days later stating it would ship soon. However, on October 2, I checked again, and it still hadn't shipped. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card.

I ordered two different tops in May. One arrived and was lovely, but the other never showed up. I emailed to inquire about it but received no response.

Spent $300 on an order placed in May...

I spent $300 on an order placed on May 4. By June 18, it still hadn't been fulfilled or shipped. I've heard that importing from Australia incurs a 125% tariff, which would make my order cost $675. I emailed the company to request immediate cancellation of my order, but I'm not optimistic about a response since they state they cannot cancel once an order is placed.

I never received my product after two months. I requested an update but got no reply. I also asked to cancel my order, but that was unsuccessful. This place feels like a scam. Buyer beware.

Difficult to get a response...

EDIT: After a month, I finally received a return email with store credit. I really don't want to order again, but they have my $50! It's nearly impossible to get responses to messages or emails! I had to return an item and was told I would get store credit. It’s been 11 days since they received the return, and despite emailing every day, I have no response. They did take my money, though!
