False company doesn't deliver

Order was placed on 17th of Jan, still has not arrived.I have sent numerous emails with no response.All they will do is reply with the same generic rubbish to contact their customer service team to be ignored again.It's a shame as they had the potential to be a powerhouse company with a great product line.

I ordered a t shirt last january 16, 2026. Until now, no updates or even tracking provided. I e mailed customer service but still , no updates. I dont want to say bad things about this company. WYNR customer service, lift up your game. People paid already for thier orders. Its not that im asking something for free.

Perfection each time

I have placed several orders and have never been disappointed with the experience. The quality exceeds expectations, as does the delivery in terms of speed and packaging. I will gladly place more orders and will most likely do so again in the future.

WYNR = Oxymoron -Obviously I can't give less than 1…

Obviously I can't give less than 1 star. I ordered goods on 20th Novemer and by 23rd December there was no show, so I have asked for a refund as it has missed my parttners birthday altogether. It seems that WYNR expect me to be charitable in giving them money for nothing. Here is their response to my refund request. Hi Tim!Thank you for your e-mail. We are not giving away items for free as weare not a charitable organization.We wish you a pleasant day!Kind regards,Customer Service WYNREdit after Wynrs response, it seems I'm the charity and they duck their legal responsibilities to deliver goods that have been paid for. I mean WYNR its a proper oxymoron. Tricky to return something that I have not received after 33 days.
