Wrongly assumed previous orders

As per a number of other reviews, Liam phoned our office and spoke to a junior member of our team. He asked if we wanted our normal order or the offer they were doing where we'd get a second one free. The member of our staff agreed to it, assuming they were our normal suppliers - they weren't, nor will they ever be. In sales terms known as an alternative close...not do you want one but do you want more than usual, therefore assuming the order. I have heard the transcript of the call, it's underhand and sneaky.
