Consistent issues with code and poor support

They consistently deploy problematic code, and I've lost count of how many times I've had to create workarounds for features that previously functioned well before their updates. To make matters worse, the support is among the worst I've encountered. They often attempt to mislead you into thinking that the problem is due to your misuse of their tool or the other software you're trying to integrate via a third-party platform. They rarely provide assistance. When reporting a bug, they will claim it's a known issue, offer no timeline, and refuse to keep you informed. This service is incredibly frustrating. DO NOT invest your time or money here; there are MANY better alternatives available.

Unexpected Credit Card Charges

We were surprised by a credit card charge exceeding $800 for an annual plan that was applied without prior notification. They claimed to have sent an email, but that doesn't guarantee receipt. We reached out about the charge and requested a refund and a downgrade to prevent future charges. The generic response stated that due to 'company policy,' a refund was not possible. They should change 'we can't' to 'we won't' – other companies manage to issue refunds. The ironic part is they offered to cancel our account instead, showing they already have our money and won't refund it. They stated we would have to wait until next year to downgrade.

Frustrating Experience!

I've been using this service for over a year. You wouldn't believe the frustration it can cause. For a whole year, I've been concerned about my data and the erratic behavior of my workflows, always wondering what will happen next. I migrated my database to another platform, which alleviated some issues, but I still struggle with my workflows. I considered switching tools, but there's a feature I need from this service. Their latest idea? Renaming my workflows to a single letter. How clever! Now, I find it hard to distinguish between them. I'm increasingly relying on the more dependable automation features of another service.

Refund Policy Needs Change

The strict 'no refunds' policy should be reconsidered. I discovered a monthly charge of over £20 on my bank statement without any email reminders or notifications. The invoices are only available on their website, and since I hadn't used the service for months, I missed the recurring charge. Although they downgraded me to a free plan and refunded the last charge, I’m still out around £200. Reputable companies always send email invoices, so you know your status. After this experience, I will not use this service again.
