I have the same bad experience, secretly being aubscribe to a monthly 29.99, it has been months of dedcution until i diacovered yesterday. I have contacted their customer service to request for a refund as i saw one of the reviews here says they are considerate etc. I am just responded “ I can understand how concerning this situation must be for you. Your subscription was set up when you created your account, and while we typically send a welcome email, it seems it may not have reached you. Unfortunately, according to our policy, we’re unable to issue a refund at this time since the charges are for services you’ve been receiving since September 2025.Your cancellation has been processed, and you'll retain access to your subscription until 12/22/2025. If you need any assistance managing your account going forward, I'm here to help!”??????Is this even legal?I am filing complaints legally againts this company, will try my best to contact the other victims as well so there wont be anymore victims in the future
