Alvin has helped me through most of the first 3 month process. Communication is a five star explaining things through what process I’m currently in and helping with adjusting dates for payment due dates. The company has apologized for all errors on their side and appreciate the contact through email, text, and phone calls. I decided to continue on with the next process to conclude the six months and happy to see what the next steps will look like with my credit scores.
