I attended the four-day Empire Mastery program in Melbourne (Nov, 6-9 2025). While I can appreciate that Aaron Sansoni is a passionate presenter with strong energy and conviction, my overall experience did not meet my expectations. In my opinion, much of the content wasn’t particularly innovative or groundbreaking. It felt more like established business principles repackaged and delivered with enthusiasm. While this style may motivate some, I personally found the presentation to be repetitive and self-indulgent, which made the days feel unnecessarily long.Throughout the event, I observed a strong emphasis on personal glorification and audience participation that, to me, felt more performative than educational. The environment often took on a highly worshipful tone - something others might find inspiring, but I found uncomfortable and somewhat cult-like. I also felt uneasy about how audience members were used for promotional footage and content - for instance, being asked to stand and respond to questions while being filmed. It felt more like content creation for marketing and personal gains than a genuine teaching moment. One of my main concerns was that many of the concepts and “success frameworks” presented weren’t backed by hard evidence or measurable results - you simply had to take their word for it. Over the four days, I noticed that some stories and examples were repeated with inconsistencies each time, which made it difficult to fully trust their accuracy or authenticity. When it came to specific teaching examples in particular the “white label partnership” model that made up 90% of “Empire Pillar” - I found the examples unrealistic when applied to real-world business settings. The model repeatedly emphasised the idea of partnering with others at ZERO EXPENSE 100% PROFIT. In reality, this approach would involve costs including but not limited to: marketing, rebranding, developing a new website and/or e-commerce platform, setting up a new telephone line, securing a new location if it’s a service, and employing staff to manage these operations (per rebrand). These practical considerations were not acknowledged, which made the example feel detached from reality and how most businesses actually function.Additionally, the claimed value of the course packages felt inflated, which I found ironic given the emphasis on value strategies discussed in the course. For example, the Empire Mastery course package costs $5,000 package which outlines a pre-event coaching call from a “specialised coach” that lasted only a few minutes and offered little actionable guidance valued at $4000. Based on that, along with other experiences, I personally felt that the value did not align with what was promoted. Finally, I noticed inconsistencies between the image presented at the event and the online presence of the associated businesses across multiple platforms. While Aaron is promoted through the event as having over a million followers, based on my review of his public posts, engagement levels and activity appeared lower than the averages I would expect for a page of that size. For perspective a page with 1.2M followers on average should engage 6,000 – 18,000 likes per post, 240 – 600 comments per post and 120K – 360K views per reel. Whereas Aaron Sansoni receives far less (As of right now, an IG Post of Aaron’s posted 21 hours ago: 28 Likes, 0 Comments, 2.7K reel views). This feels misaligned with the narrative of large-scale success and marketing experience advertised throughout the seminar.Overall, I can see how some attendees desperate for change and success might find value in Aaron’s motivational approach. However, in my view, the experience did not land or align. I felt it leaned more towards self-indulgenced performance and persuasion than evidence-based business education. It simply wasn’t the right fit for my integrity, values, learning style, or expectations.

I thought I might get a few insights on how to improve my business …. But I got so much more! I’m overwhelmed and excited about my potential, my opportunities, my ideas. But more importantly this has opened my eyes to so much more, I think this will change my outlook to life, my confidence and self belief … this will change my LIFE not just my business ❤️
EMPIRE MASTERY Auckland!!!The last 4 days have been transformational. It gave me the tools and foundations I need to grow my businesses, add revenue, create certainty on my journey and gave me reassurance that I am doing the right thing to create a life by design. My biggest impact was overcoming the fear of being successful. I am now proud of what I'm doing and ready to improve my self worth and be proud to be successful. Thankyou Mr Empire!
These four days of Empire Mastery have been an incredible wish come true. Right from the first day building trust and faith in myself to being able to learn and absorb so much about the business world and empire building from Aaron has been incredible. I didn’t even realise my little mind maps I’ve made in my journal were empires I could ACTUALLY build and not just something too big for me to achieve. I could write so much more, but this has been the best investment in myself and my future, I can finally give myself permission to go out there, be me and build my empire. If I had to write a poem about him (since it’s my gratitude language) :Admiration for the man who shares hisAmazing knowledge,Realistic advice and provides a spaceOf love, joy and entrepreneurship,Nowhere else to de found.Yes that spells out his name :)
