Not even close to what was advertised.

Wow ... if I was in third or fourth grade, this MIGHT be a useful bag. It's tiny, overdone with giant zippers, and not useful to anyone adult-sized. Waste of money.

I wanted to pick 0 stars but it was not…

I wanted to pick 0 stars but it was not an option. They will not send my order. You can not reach them. They have had to labels made. Thats my tracking. Two labels. The order has never left a warehouse if there is a warehouse which I doubt.

This is a load of cheap Chinese crap crap.

This is a load of cheap Chinese crap.If you want stuff that'll actually work, go to budk.com, or to your local survival/military surplus store.

Bought a 'free' fire starter from…

Bought a 'free' fire starter from Ape.After the 9.95 s and h fee was paid,I received it.Tried to light it several times. No luck. After calling customer service, was told that 4-5 drops of lighter fluid must be put in the match container for it to work. After doing that,I struck it several times. It finally lit up.I would be lying if I said I would depend on this to start a fire to save my life in an emergency.Buy waterproof matches and put them in a zip lock bag.Cheaper and more dependable.

Research the company and product

After I paid a really high price for S&H I received my “free” bag as stated in the offer, the bag came surprisingly quick. Here’s what you should know before jumping on the “free” offer. Bags like this one go for $20-on up. On the promo ad, it clearly shows 2 DIFFERENT bags being advertised. It’s clear why they did this once you think about it. Here’s the worst part. It’s a 20Liter backpack! If you know how to properly fit a backpack you’ll know that it’s MOSTLY about torso size. After I PROPERLY follow every standard guideline on on fitting a backpack, it became clear that this “free” backpack was to small for me. The waist straps ended up 4-5inches above where they should be(should be at ABOUT top of your hipbone, some prefer it a couple inches up or down). The shoulder straps are to short in my opinion. If this bag PROPERLY fits you then I think it’s an ok bag. It’s fair quality, low profile and decent for day packers or city trekkers like me. I am subscribed to a number of tactical type newsletters/junk mail sites. What can I say, I like window shopping at gadgets being tactical or otherwise. Theres another website giving a “free” assault bag that’s ALMOST exactly like the one I got but this other bag imho is better. It’s advertised as being a larger capacity and has a better Molle setup on the front and sides of the bag. I honestly thought this was the bag I was ordering ( I get both of the junk mail ads for both backpacks) because the ads are near dead ringers of each other, the ad I ultimately purchased my bag through advertised 2/4 pics of the bag I THOUGHT I was ordering. This was a valuable lesson for me. 1-research the company/product and price compare 2-free doesn’t mean free if you ultimately pay the normal price via S&H.

Website shows "in stock" but products are not in stock and they don't know when they will get product. I get that times are not normal. I own retail businesses. But I am honest about stock levels and do not make claims that I cannot fulfill. Stay away. Shop local.
