I ordered a Phantasmal Flames 36 display. The order arrived in a small package, but the display was only protected with thin packing paper and had a dent. I don't know if the dent was already there or happened during shipping. I contacted customer service, who told me I could return the display within 7 days. Since I live in Germany, I have to pay €20 for return shipping with UPS, and I have to bear these costs myself? I don't understand this. I don't understand why they can't just use bubble wrap to properly protect the goods for the customer, because as a seller, I have to assume that the person is just collecting the items and doesn't want to open everything. I will never order from this shop again.Update: After some back and forth and a PayPal case, the seller refunded both the original shipping and the return shipping costs. Issue resolved.
