Very pleased with my purchase from Beast Sheds, I ordered a 13'× 7' pent shed. The process of designing the shed was so simple (plenty of options but not to many to be overwhelming). Once designed the order process was very straight forward, and a delivery/installation date was given shortly after a quick call from them to go through my order and check access issues. On installation day the guys turned up within the allotted time and once they had checker where the shed was going they got on with the job and had it done in no time.
Placed order with a vey polite young lady in reception. Talked us through all the options of building a shed to our requirements. The waiting time was Two weeks. On the day of installation three very well mannered young guys arrived. At the time we had a heavy downpour of rain and they got absolutely soaked as they continued to build the shed. Full credit to them and it was erected in no time. Can’t recommend this company enough. We even got a courtesy call a couple of weeks later to ask if we were happy with our shed. We had the standard pent shed and the quality of the timber was better than any other we viewed from different companies
Second shed I have ordered from these guys ( for different areas) and again was a seamless process. Website easy to use, great to be able to design my own shed to fit requirements. Quick response to emails and WhatsApp. The delivery & instalment was done quickly and professionally. I recommend them,especially as free delivery ( all over England) and free installation - other suppliers charge for both. Thanks again for a great service.
Just had my shed delivered and erected. Cannot praise this company enough. It is a real pleasure these days to find a company that delivers on every front. Its customer service and ordering process are excellent. The staff are professional and actually ring back when they promise to do so. Website is very easy to use and you can design exactly what you want. Concerns over access to garden were quickly resolved and delivery was exactly in the time slot notified.Two lads who delivered were excellent. Couldn’t believe how quickly they worked. Work completed within an hour. Absolutely no problems. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Shed is better than I expected, solid and well constructed.I only wish more companies were like this.
