The product is just as described and arrives beautifully packaged. My rating reflects both the product and the outstanding customer service. Although shipping to Canada took a bit longer, when I inquired about tracking, I received an immediate response regarding customs clearance. It arrived within days. Although they were Christmas gifts, I loved them so much that I've reordered two for myself.

This is a great company. I placed an order at a time there were some unpleasant US shipping issues. Button Amsterdam notified me and offered to wait on shipping or receive a full refund. They happily refunded with no problem. After shipping resumed, I placed the order again. The button covers arrived well packed. The bottom line, the covers are absolutely beautiful.
