I have completed 2 month in this program and had my own good and bad days. I would thanks Shikar gurji for being there and sharing his wisdom throughout. I feel bad i have not followed the plan as given due to personal commitments, but im happy to see a positive shift in my approach. Looking forward to learn more!
I found the overall experience too formal and hands-off for someone truly seeking guidance. The engagement lacked depth, with minimal personalized support. Extended help, which can be critical during key decision-making points, was noticeably missing. For individuals who may not already be performing at a high level or who are looking for more actionable mentorship rather than just broad advice, the program may fall short. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations in terms of value for money or meaningful outcome.
Mentor Mentee relationship is very well defined and Get to know many new things/processes/guidelines which nobody teaches us and we must imbibe them in our lives.The onboarding is smooth and Sikhar Sir is always available to guide me.
