Sarah was my Career Consultant and she was amazing. She really listened to what I was saying during our initial conversation, asking probing questions to ensure that she captured every aspect and achievement of my career. Whilst she was professional, she was very approachable and funny. The documents she produced were articulate and professional and she was always really prompt in turning them around; they required very minor changes because she had actively listened during our initial conversation. I would definitely recommend this service.
Overall, the CV re-write looks great. The LinkedIn and Cover Letter add-ons are useless as the LinkedIn content didn't even fit the character limits and I essentially got the same cover letter feeding some basic info into an AI. After 3 months (with 20 years in my field and a PhD) I have gotten 0 interviews and two low-level companies contacting me for grunt-work editing jobs. Was it money wasted? Not completely, but I ended up with a job I applied to ages ago with my old CV...so the re-write was not overly helpful.
