Providing up to date, evidence based information and education to help you feel prepared for all of your birth options as well as life with a new baby. Classes include pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing, antenatal courses for first time and those expecting another baby. The aim is to support parents-to-be to make decisions to help achieve a positive birth experience. Teaching since 2014, Jilly has taught, and helped hundreds of parents through pregnancy and the first few years of parenthood.
