13 Year Customer, Now Cancelling Service

I have been a continuous auto-renew customer of DepositPhotos since November of 2012 - over 10 years. I love the images they have available. However, a short while ago, I supposedly depleted my total number of rollover images. I reached out to customer service (can only email) to inquire about it, as I know at one point I had over 200 images available. Their response was highly unsatisfactory - and unhelpful - especially considering how long I have been a customer. I am now cancelling my subscription and moving on to another company. The perk to the new company is you can also download videos under the same subscription without additional costs.
