Review Time
Update: Based on prior reviews, we took a chance on elementskeys.com -- but the purchase was never completed, and they had the nerve to insult us after failing to deliver the order. First, they sent a strangely worded email requesting we confirm our order. Our reply email was returned as "undeliverable." We tried again -- same result. We sent email to their "contact" email address -- same result. We sent an email to their gmail account -- no response. We then reached out thru their website -- finally got a response. In that response, they insulted us for raising concerns, but they did refund our purchase price. Despite their rebuttal here (misrepresenting what we wrote), we can prove that our repeated replies to them were returned as "undeliverable." If for no other reason than their unprofessional response to our privately-expressed concerns, we still DO NOT recommend them.
Trust worthy company to deal with. I had an issue with one of the software packages I purchased, sent him an email and got response within the same day and helped me through resolving the issue. Will purchase from this company again.
