We are a mother-and-daughter team of qualified hypnotherapists dedicated to supporting individuals on their healing journeys. We understand the challenges of living authentically when daily struggles feel inescapable, especially after trauma—something most people face, knowingly or unknowingly. Both of us have navigated our own journeys, together and independently, gaining valuable wisdom from our training as hypnotherapists and life experiences.
