Genuinely disappointed. I believe these 5 star reviews are paid for and not real. I read the google reviews of this site and because of them, went ahead with a consultation. I paid $1200 to no outcome, even though in the initial consultation was told they were positive they could get a good outcome for me.
I was told in the initial consultation to stop making payments towards my car loan by Walker, as they could have them cleared. My case was then moved to Nikki, who told me she was only able to "fix" particular months from late payments to "hardship". I had previously been making the payments. In the conclusion of my case, the February payment (where I was told not to pay) is now on my Equifax statement - which is affecting me applying for a home loan. I received conflicting advice, I wasn't offered money back for them not being able to assist with my credit rating. Really disappointed. As well as, you cannot simply call your case manager to ask a question, you can only book a certain timeslot for them to take your call. Google reviews are too good to be true.

Quick , effficient. Everything is explained throughly and if you aren’t sure they reply within 10 minutes to help you out . Waan and Nikki are professionals at there job and couldn’t have done better . I had a few defaults removed in a few weeks. Every step of the way they informed me what was going on. AAA+ service
Spent $500 so they could send a total of 2 emails to the creditor. Mind you, this process took 2 months. I then got a dry email from Fix My Credit saying they failed due to reasons which aren’t true. I Didn’t even bother to persue that email, clearly they don’t care, very dissatisfied to say the least.
I was a reluctant caller as I wasn’t exactly sure if I needed to engage with FMC. However, I was blown away by Waan and his willingness to answer questions and explain in detail what can be very “unknown territory”. He was extremely respectful, honest with me and eventually pointed in the right direction! I’m more than happy to recommend Waan and the FMC team. From my experience - He is one of the good guys!
