I ordered some trousers, which I thought were from a company based in Netherlands. Later realised they are in China. Eventually arrived and were poor quality and too short. Requested a refund and was told I had to return to China! £13.50!!They kept offering a partial refund which I kept refusing but in the end had to accept as I doubt they would acknowledge my return and I would lose more money.Avoid this company at all costs

Waited 4 weeks for my earings they were reduced to £40 whan they came the quality was poor and sent in a bag on a piece of cardboard won't be ordering from them again .

Never received the earrings

Poor after service…

I am currently trying to contact Fjorna regarding 3 wall lights that were delivered. One is faulty and I have tried EVERYTHING to contact them; we have even sent a video to show the fault. No replies, not even automated ones in junk/ and their phone number doesn’t work. Very annoying as I like the lights!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS they are selling FAKE clothes and when i say bad quality i mean BAD quality white fox tracksuit bought i would be scared to put it in the washing machine its that flimsy it would fall apart returns is almost as hard as pulling hens teeth like a say AVOID AT ALL COSTS
