Norwegian tried refusing refund because they claimed fault on their plane was to be considered an exceptional/unforeseen issue. Plane was delayed more than 8 hours but Flyhjelp got my money back, minus their solid comission

Absoluteley horrible experience. Instead of them getting my money back from a cancelled SAS flight they end up sending me a bill claiming I have contactet a competing company at the same time.No proof given - only bill sent, no discussion.Stay out.
