Spoiler alert: You’ll keep waiting. Weeks pass, follow-ups vanish into the void, and your money? That’s now a donation to the Monk Temple of Incompetence.Customer service is practically on vacation – probably trying to find the jersey themselves. This is not a one-off glitch; this is a pattern of how not to run a business.If you're considering ordering from them, don’t. Save yourself the frustration, or better yet, throw your money off a cliff – it’ll be faster and less insulting.And finally here’s the kicker — their website proudly says:"Customer feedback is the lifeblood of our business. Tell us what’s on your mind, good or bad. We respond to all customer feedback and look forward to hearing from you!"Oh really? Because I’ve been screaming into the void and all I hear back is my own echo. You might want to update that line to:"Customer feedback is the lifeblood... that we happily ignore."

Extremely Disappointed – Still No Order After a Month!

I placed an order on FootballMonk over a month ago, and I’m still waiting to receive it. Despite multiple follow-ups, all I’ve heard is that they’re “checking” or “looking into it” — but there’s been absolutely no progress. No updates, no resolution, and definitely no product. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.Save your time, money, and patience — I would not recommend FootballMonk to anyone. Terrible customer service and zero accountability. Don’t fall for it like I did.

Biggest Scam on the internet, never buy through them

I just can't hate them enough, i wanted to gift a jersey to friend and it's been a month since i have placed the order and no confirmation, no delivery. No response on email as well. I have officially filed a complaint on consumer court and will send them a notice for the same. Could not hate them more.
