SCAM SCAM SCAM - STAY AWARE FROM FORECLOSURE ACADEMY

WHERE TO START?If you're going to waste your money with this company, I suggest just buying their $200 E-BOOK. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYMORE MONEY. YOU WILL NOT BE SUCCESSFUL, NO MATTER WHAT THEY OFFER, OR WHAT HELP YOU GET!!! THEY ALSO WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU A REFUND EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM TO HAVE A MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE.I gave them $10,000 of my hard earned money with the promise of a money back guarantee, "if I made contact with at least 100 homeowners IN 6 months who said no, and therefore didn't close a deal."Well, despite my VA (virtual assistant) and I making over 10,000 calls in 6 months, we got about 250 'no' answers from actual homeowners. See the caveat in their legal language is “actual homeowners”. Whereby many of these properties are being foreclosed due to homeowners dying. So relatives don’t count towards your quota. The calls are supposed to be recorded in the CRM *(customer relationship management). however, for some reason & conveniently they didn't record, so the company was unwilling to give me credit for making all 10,000 calls without closing a deal. They claimed I had about 50 “no” answers from actual homeowners when it was actually appx 250.Reading through other REAL reviews here, it's Clear that FORECLOSURE ACADEMY will make up whatever story they need to in order to not refund people their money, despite their money-back guarantees. They are manipulative and predatory. These guys are a serious legit scam! no fake scam here. real deal scam artists. They pretend to be offering people support in helping them to be successful with a home business, but the chances of success are way less than 1%.Unclaimed Funds from a Foreclosure are a minefield of legal issues for people who are not actual lawyers. I couldn't find one lawyer in any state willing to work with me to help people reclaim their funds. In fact in my homestate of NC, I reached out to a lawyer who is working with clients in these cases, but he refused to work with me as a 3rd party, and highly discouraged me from pursuing this venture myself, due to potential legal issues. He did offer me a $1000 commission, if I Brought him homeowners who are due overage funds. The legal issues are rampant because the nature of the reclaim funds industry has become so predatory that now most county court systems warn homeowner who receives foreclosure documents of programs like F.A. looking to charge a fee, whereby homeowners can gain access to these funds directly from the court systems/banks involved without any out of pocket expenses to themselves.Unto itself - this wouldn't be an issue. So technically what Foreclosure Academy is teaching people is not impossible *(though so improbable that in 6 months, I never met anyone who retrieved funds for a client, and received a fee check.I did meet a lot of people wanting to believe in the program, and hoping to be successful if they just focused on the positive. In this case, I would call that toxic positivity. I can’t wait to see what BS Foreclosure Academy comes up with in response to my post here. I promise it will be 100% BS protecting their image, and attempting to continue swindling people out of their hard earned money. If they take accountability for scamming folks, then maybe they would be less of a narcissist, but they will absolutely not take accountability for scamming me through their legal fake news loopholes, nor any other poor schmuck on here, thus confirming that they are full blown narcissist scam artist.Oh, and to be clear, I did ask for a refund, and was denied, due to them not seeing all the hoops I jumped through. i.e. their software glitching, etc.

I wanted to give ZERO stars but could…

I wanted to give ZERO stars but could not. Foreclosure academy defrauded me and did not honor their refund policy. I was aggressively coerced into buying fast track (which I could not afford). I told the sales agent that I work 3 jobs just to make ends meet after losing my job for a long period of time during Covid and I was in great debt. I was NOT an easy sell and after 5 calls, they convinced me to charge $7000 for fast track on my credit card suggested I quit my extra jobs to focus on this because they were SO CONFIDENT that in 90 days this program would pay for itself and make me money. They told me the only students that fail are the students that don’t follow the program. I cried with the academy- I was vulnerable and explained my hardships and that I’m raising 2 autistic toddlers and can’t afford this financial risk. They heard my story and my pain and still guaranteed me that I would not lose money and guaranteed me a refund if I wasn’t successful. I followed the program exceptionally well and was a STAR STUDENT! And I never made a single dollar. I didn’t quit, I continuously pivoted strategies and asked for help and was engaged with the coaches and did above and beyond what’s expected in this program. I invested over $12k in this program between the course, fast track and paying for a VA for a full year and I never even got a warm lead. I asked for my refund and the academy sent me an email acknowledging all my hard work in the program and DENIED MY REFUND! I truly hate these people for what they did to me. I don’t even write reviews but this program infuriates me to my core. My life is WORSE after joining and there is nothing I can do about it except warn others to STAY AWAY! I also know SEVERAL students from my same cohort who were hard working with similar vulnerable stories and were not successful and were not granted their refund either.

I wish that someone would really look…at this business

I wish that someone would really look into this shady business called foreclosure academy and how they have the nerve to rip off people this way and i hope that the same is done to them as they have done to the other people that have written there problems with the company. i hope they get what is coming to them. They have the nerve to charge 30 percent to these poor people that have monies that is due them and take the business away from the lawyers that should be handling these cases. They charge so much money and i'm sorry you end up paying more for this program which they don't disclose to you. They force you into doing something that is not right for you. regardless if you meet there requirements like the one person wrote below me. They still didnt give them there money back. This company is so shady and i think they should be ordered by the labor board. find some other business to do if you want to make extra money. They really do put you down and belittle you in every shape of form. Angel should have his head examined for doing that to people. Down the road maybe not now i hope they get theres the company is such a scam all they are out for is to get your money. I really hate them so much. I dont know how they can sleep at night.

Do not do Business with this Company

Customer Service is horrible. I didn't get a follow-up call to cancel. I had to get my bank involved to cancel the service. They also tried to charge twice. This was a very bad experience. Move on I didn't even want to I've one star.

After watching the Foreclosure Academy…

After watching the Foreclosure Academy video, I emailed them asking why the checks they showed were 5-8 years old! They also talk a lot about the pandemic, and it's been over for quite some time! They responded that the reason the checks they show are old is because they have to get authorization to share images of the recent checks. That shouldn't take 5-8 years! Buyer Beware!

Helpful all the way through the program

The course provided a clear roadmap for students, guiding through every step. The CRM technology used by Foreclosure Academy was excellent, helping me reach more clients in a more effective way than what I was trying to do on my own. The coaching staff was incredibly supportive and responsive, addressing all my questions with care. They were there with me every step of the way offering me guidance and support. The technical team was prompt and knowledgeable. The technicians possess an in-depth understanding of the technology and made sure I was fully prepared to use everything. They were consistently prompt in their responses, swiftly addressing any questions that I had. Moreover, the CRM provided was a wonderful tool that significantly reduced my workload. It streamlined tasks and cut my time in half! I particularly appreciated the exceptional support I received as a student. The team was patient, promptly addressing any inquiries I had. The weekly coaching calls were exceptional! Their depth of knowledge and guidance in the business domain was invaluable. They really do care about their students, and you can see that they want us all to succeed!I entered the program as a novice, barely grasping the basics, but I emerged feeling empowered and confident to tackle the challenges independently. Overall, I give them top marks! They were professional, easy to work with, and always attentive to my needs.

Great DWY WFH platform!

I signed up with Foreclosure Academy fast track program in December 2023 and by the end of February I signed enough deals to replace my investment cost. By the end of my first year while diligently applying the principles in the training material along with the advice from coaches, I tripled my initial investment. By the spring of 2025, I have already cleared 6 figures in commissions. Looking forward to continue helping people who have suffered loss regain what is rightfully theirs.

This company probably does suck, and the process extremely tedious. Don't give up.

I read the reviews and they are definitely interesting. However! I believe its the company itself that sucks LOL I have been in this arena for quite sometime 1999 initially just dibble dabbling. Had no clue and no success. So I did as the other fella said. "Tapped Out" But, I got back into it on my own (which you can do BTW) Just has a lot of paperwork and the first few months require some grinding to get the correct documents and state laws. Personally, if I had to do it over again I would have simply dropped money into one of these stupid programs to get the system and forms/contracts. THE FORMS AND CONTRACTS ARE THE MONEY MAKERS. Figuring out the system as well. If you have an entrepreneur's drive, (and programs like this one hopes you don't. LOL Unfortunately) You can get your money back on one deal. With that said if you've already spent your money. Don't let the screwed up customer service and failed attempts discourage you. THIS IS A VERY LUCRATIVE ARENA. If you get at minimum the forms and the system. The leads don't need to be purchased a trip to any county court record for foreclosures as well as realtors office is sufficient. Get your feet wet with those. My first hurdle! I wasn't verifiable as a legit business. I got a lot of. "Who the heck are you" "Why should I trust you" "Why do I need you" So on and so forth! You need a legit web presence a legit business number. It will be worth its weight in gold. Took me 19k and 7 months to make my first 40k not having a freaking clue. 2nd deal 29 days 15k (No additional money spent) It eventually gets to the "(I can do it in my sleep" stage. Bcs you hire VA's hmmmmm

Shame on you people trying to exploit…

Shame on you people trying to exploit someone's good nature by telling them they could help others and make a living without being a social worker and burning out and making no money. You will reap what you've sown.
