We had a great, seamless and pleasant experience with IVF couriers! The communication was excellent, we were updated at every step in the process. We did not have any concerns or worries throughout the entire process. We highly recommend this company. It is worth the price.
I can recommend IVF Couriers without hesitation. We've had quite a tricky case with a delivery from clinic A to clinic C overseas via clinic B. Both clinics A and especially C did not cooperate to the extent that we wished, so that we ended up having to swap C for clinic D. The whole process took more than half a year. Throughout this entire time, IVF Couriers was incredibly trustworthy. When things did not work out, they communicated instantly, transparently and made suggestions how to proceed. They were patient when things took longer to resolve on our side and quick when it came to their duties. We really could not have been and felt in better hands. Yes, their services are expensive, but in hindsight well worth the money given the professionalism that you get in return.

My husband and I are very happy with the services provided by IVF Couriers. We hired them to transport our embryos from São Paulo to Bogotá and they were great! They answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and scheduled with all parties the transport of our embryos. We felt safe about the transportation of the embryos. We highly recommend them!

I chose this organization because right from the start they were professional and clear in their communication. This did not change throughout the process.The quote was clear and upfront as were the terms of the agreement. Even though the price was slightly higher than some competitors, their expertise and knowledge made up for that and I found the price fair. The shipment was intercontinental and and they had staff on hand to facilitate communication with all parties in multiple languages which was very beneficial. I doubt I'll ever ship fertilized eggs ever again but if I had to then I'd surely use them again.
