i recived a 120% bonus in my email i went to live chat asked them about it wile i was in chat the agent seemed in a rush and closed the chat wile i was still talking then i claimed the bonus deposited but did not get the bonus went back to live chat but it was disabled now so i had to email took them 5 min to reply but they did not help at all i replied to them and they took forever to reply back saying sorry there is a problem and i cant get the bonus i felt like i just waisted my money because i deposited a smaller amount anticipating the bonus money to play with i played my deposit and lost in less than 3 min (update) 6 days later they credited my bonus but it was larger than i thought so i went to live chat to ask and they said no that was the correct amount i should receive so i emailed support and asked again if i was given the wrong bonus by mistake before i start playing and they replied it was the correct amount so i started playing after a few hours i checked my wagering and to my surprise there was 164,000 thousand out of 168,000 thousand left to wager i asked support what the wager % was they said 35x the bonus but my wagering was almost 400x i stopped playing and am now waiting for this problem to be fixed
