I wrote to them for support, and they told me that my license doesn't accept any hardware changes. I emailed them with my purchase info to prove that the license descriptions shows that you can reinstall the license at any time. And Keyfans never answered my new emails again.*********I already sent the information that you requested, I hope that Keysfan not ignore my emails again and I'll be waiting a solution.
