We have just had our multi-fuel stove installed by fitters Karl and Tom and we could not be more impressed by the process, attention to detail and the flawless finish. Both gents were very efficient and attentive to our requirements; they asked questions every step of the way but also offered their expertise. When the angle of our floor caused complications, they weren’t satisfied with the final look of the hearth and immediately insisted they would replace this to create a seamless finish.
We opted for the Brompton fireplace and the black granite hearth with herringbone brick slips and we couldn’t be happier with the final look. The faux chimney breast was built from scratch and creates a stunning focal point for the room.
Would definitely recommend Leeds Stove Centre for their customer service and high quality installation.

We recently had a wood burner installed by Leeds Stove centre, and are absolutely thrilled with the whole experience. Wow what a difference, I had the old fireplace taken out and a opening made. Every care was taken to do this without causing too much mess. The stove , beam and hearth look fabulous it has really opened up my room.John who fitted my stove has done an amazing job, very thorough and worked hard to finish the job quickly and to a very high standard. Just had our log burner fitted, was by far the most reasonable quote. Adele and Craig were responsive to enquiries and we had some flexibility on the day to get the larger burner which was dependent on the width of the opening. The fitters were helpful, covered the house and minimised the dirt. The log burner was fitted and working in a few hours. Slate hearthstone and oak mantle look great. Very pleased and all ready for winter. Would highly recommend.
Just had a multi fuel stove fitted by Leeds Stove Centre and the fitters Andy and Jamie were fabulous. They arrived bang on time at 8am and we're very efficient in getting the old back boiler out and the new stove in. New fire looks great. Just need the plasterers in now to complete the job and install the wood beam. Would highly recommend the company and Andy and Jamie to anyone.
The whole experience from start to finish was so reassuring. I was nervous about installing a wood burning stove but the Hubbard was keen. The in store staff were so helpful and patient answering all my queries but the installation team were absolutely superb. They did an outstanding job and made sure they kept things tidy and organised. A good handover too made sure I knew how it worked and maintenance arrangements. So very pleased.

Pre-sales was fine but the day of installation didn't go so well. The burner looks great but the lads installed the hearth out of square, and departed leaving all the packaging and off-cuts on my drive along with a few cigarette butts.No after sales call received so leaving my feedback here.
