For more than a year I have been a costumer of Levenger. Their merchandise, especially fountain pens, ballpoint and roller ball pens are not only beautiful but also of good quality. I use the phone for most of my orders and the service is polite, prompt, and precise.
I bought three pens, one for me and two as a gift. They are all beautiful - special, but not so special that they have to be protected from daily life and use. Perfect balance, and will definitely purchase more. All items were packed with care and in good shape when I got them after an ARDUOUS journey. Shipping was messy, and my package got sent back. The Concierge team resent it promptly and it made it by Christmas, which was delightful. They went above and beyond, highlighting the Levenger craftsmanship of experience.
