Very easy to order. Person I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. When it transpired that the colour we wanted was unavailable they phoned us to discuss so that the order would not be delayed. It arrived the following day. Product was exactly as described and just what we required.
They have next day delivery but as I was going to be away I sent an email to request a delay in dispatch. This was very quickly responded to, and my order was held for a few days and dispatched on a day that suited me. Very helpful, great customer service.
