Review Time
The quality was extremely disappointing. I tried to return under their full refund policy but faced a lot of difficulties. When I finally got return instructions, it was for sending back to another country at a cost exceeding $100, with no guarantee of a successful return. This is not a domestic company. I have lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
The company is a total SCAM. The pajamas are polyester. There is no customer service to get a hold of about a return. Please read the other reviews. The company is NOT legitimate at all. No response back via email, phone call or text. UPDATE: My last review was on 10/31/25 this update is 12/09/25. After a while they did respond to my first email. I gave them the requested photos of the items, size and order info which they already possessed. I was only given the run around. To return the pajamas they must be sent to Chaung, China which is extremely expensive to ship. This so called company stated in their fourth email that I will only get a 50% refund or a discount on a new order! Ridiculous! I can’t wear the pajamas because they are not cotton and are all polyester. There hasn’t been an email and NO REFUND was given as noted in their reply/response to my first review.
