I ordered two sweaters, and they took a long time to arrive. They were not as described—I ordered a beige and a dark grey one, but received a white and a black one instead. The quality is poor, and the 'one-size' is short when I was expecting something baggy and cozy. There are no labels or washing instructions. This company claims to be based in London, but tracking info indicates my items were shipped from somewhere else. I can't find any information about returns or refunds now. I suspect this company is a scam.
