DO not use this company. What a horrible frustrating experience. I filled out all the information. Provided sensitive information I have never had to provide before for a loan. Got preapproved status signed all the papers to be asked to connect to my bank. I tried 8 times to do this. Every time I was told they can not pull my report from my bank. Spoke to Rachel on chat who told me they finally had everything they needed. Checked back 30 min later to be told by Rachel they still haven't got verification from my bank. I even spoke to my bank to see if they were blocking it. No they were not. Now I don't know what kind of a scam this is but I gave up and reported to my bank and put a watch on my credit along with my paychecks. Stay far away from these scam artist.
MLC is great when it comes to getting a loan when it’s an emergency. However the staff can use better training in customer service. They tend to get an attitude if they have to do a little extra work and have them look into your account. I only come back because it’s hassle free, but it’s a pain dealing with the he staff. I always pay off my loans ASAP to avoid dealing with them.

I’ve had loans with Minute Loan Center on and off for some odd years now. It has never been a hassle or an inconvenience for me. I’ve never had to go to the office in person. Everything can be done over the phone or online. Payments come directly from my account with no problems. Even if there is an issue where you can’t make a payment, they are willing to help. I always come back because I always know they’re here to help if I need it. Great service. Will always recommend.
