That should be a zero! I paid for a lamp in October and it is December and I still don’t have a lamp! That said to check on the tracking page but will not give me an order number to use. Do not buy anything from them. I sent picture where they took my money and nothing. It is a SCAM that Facebook allows to continue.
Do not buy from this company! What you see is not what you will receive and they will not take the item back when you communicate your disappointment. Terrible to mislead consumers to purchase a high quality item and then send garbage! Total scam
Clearly a scam, and sadly if you look around they have multiple different online stores trying to achieve the same aim, obvious by the use of AI pictures, massive ‘discounts’, same or similar products for sale, fairly unprofessional website design and far fetched commentary. I made three orders from Mrglow, two of which I should have been able to cancel IAW their ‘policy’ of being able to cancel within 24 hours. As soon as I realised I’d been sold a dummy I emailed within 4 hours to cancel, they shipped the goods anyway and told me I will have to return them after receiving at my own cost (which will make it not worth it with international shipping costs, and even then they wouldn’t provide a return address until they ‘arrive’). Let’s see if I even receive anything at all let alone ‘hand crafted masterpieces’. Keep an eye out for this lot across other websites.
