It is a nice experience to buy from Mulebuy. But i would like to point out a little things to be honest.Some of the things i got didnt look like the qc they sent me. Most of them were, but one of the items came absolutely off. I dont know if it was the shipping problem, or i didnt look better on the picture, but as i said it was a bit off. Returning money there is easy, you just request, and get money back. Nice agents, they respond on time, and info you about the time of the delivery. Overall a great website. I would like to recommend to Mulebuy to send just one more picture of the material, i know i can get it if i pay, but not everyone wants to. Thanks, i absolutely recommend this!

The whole process was smooth, the site is clean after the restyle and customer support on in chat was quick and clear when I had questions about shipping and weight.Shipping was tax-free to the EU with EUR-DHL-LY, and the package arrived safely, well packed, and without damage.The only downside: the remote area fee wasn’t mentioned upfront during the shipping calculator step. I only found out by asking support directly — they explained it clearly, but it would be nice if that fee showed automatically based on your address before payment.Still, overall a very good experience. Would definitely use Mulebuy again, especially for EU-based orders.
