I purchased the big OC Barbarian Kamado after some research and it’s a quality piece of kit. I love it! All components/parts are top quality. I’ve had it for almost a year & use it all the time. It can zero in & hold temps with ease. It does it all, smokes, roasts, sears, low & slow, hot & fast I have tried and tested and it performs every time. I bought accessories from another larger brand, like the soapstone & rotisserie and they fit perfectly. This thing is a beast! The OC charcoal is great too, large chunks in every bag. Highly recommend & great customer service from the guys.
