I signed up for their services; however, as a manufacturer, our needs are different from those of content creators or bloggers. After testing the service for just a few hours, we communicated this to the Path Social team and requested cancellation within 24 hours. Within 48 hours of our request, the refund was credited back to our account. Overall, we are fully satisfied with their customer service.
As a small business owner, every penny I spend matters, and I trusted Path Social to deliver the “organic growth” they advertised. Instead, I experienced:Thousands of followers dropping in a very short periodMy account reach and credibility plummetingMonths of repeated “policy” replies with no real investigation or resolutionI paid a significant sum for this service, closed my account early to prevent further charges, and repeatedly asked for help. I have been promised for weeks that the issue was being “looked into,” yet my follower numbers continue to fall, and my reputation has been damaged.Despite citing the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and asking for detailed information - payment breakdowns, follower data, and a named person to handle my complaint, I have received only generic replies and been told to “contact their old payment partner” for invoices.This is not acceptable. Businesses like mine deserve transparency and fair treatment.I am now escalating this to my payment provider, UK Trading Standards, and the FTC, and sharing my experience here to warn others. If you are considering using Path Social, be aware that you may face the same issues - and getting accountability could be extremely difficult.
I feel completely scammed by Path Social. I cancelled my membership months ago and even received a confirmation email. However, since my company no longer exists, I no longer have access to that email address. Despite this, Path Social unilaterally prolonged my membership and started deducting $380 from my Mastercard without my consent.I only noticed in July, but by then they claimed it was “too late” because a new billing cycle had started. Their answer? That I must keep paying until June 2026, regardless of my situation or the documented cancellation.This company shows zero respect for its clients and hides behind rigid policies instead of offering fair solutions. I would never recommend them, and I will never do business with them again.
I wish I could give fewer stars. At first, everything seems fine, with David Allen, Growth Strategist, emailing tips and tricks to make your account look better (you can use ChatGPT would give you the same resutls).You gain some "real" followers at the start to get past the initial 7 days, so they don't have to refund you. If you want any engagement, that’s another paid plan on top.I raised concerns with David several times and was repeatedly told the followers were “real.” But when you check, most of the profiles were all created in the same months, mainly March and June 2024/2025.As the month ended, the followers completely stopped. They blamed Instagram’s algorithm and claimed to be “adjusting” their AI model, which was just empty excuses. After I complained again, my follower count went up, but only with obvious bots: private accounts, no photos, barely any followers.Don’t trust the glowing reviews on their website; I made that mistake. They just want your money.No refunds. No real followers. Nothing but wasted time and money.Happy to share screenshots of all the bot accounts and communications.
I’ve paid for a one year subscription, I started with 1k subscribers and I reached 18k subscribers. I saw no engagement from the followers but I said ok at least my followers were growing.After 1 year I decided not to continue. Each month after that I lost 1k-2k followers every month. After I contacted their support they told me it’s probably because instagram is removing fake followers or inactive accounts. Hello! Those followers were gained from your service! This response totally confirmed they are not organic as they claimed. Now I’m just hoping my account won’t be banned because of all the constant unfollows. Also they charged twice my account without my approval with small amounts. When I contacted them they said they did not, but it was clearly written path social on the charge. I disputed the transactions with my bank and won. But I still had to redo my card.So unfortunately I do not recommend them at all… yes I gained many followers but they are all fake so in the end it’s just wasted money and hurting my account long-term.
