I wanted a refund for the yearly subscription I never intended to purchase. I was just trying to see the prices so that I could determine whether I could afford it. Unfortunately, Project Casting charges you first and THEN sends you a breakdown of what you bought from them instead of giving you an order summary first before you can confirm your FINAL SALE purchase from them. With that said, I can still appreciate Jonathan's efforts to get me SOME kind of refund despite his company's refund policy, so thank you, Jonathan. :)
