Reliable Network Solutions LLC (RNS), (a Woman-Owned Small Business) is a, managed service provider, with a minimum of 10 employees available at any time. Each team member brings a different collection and level of knowledge and experience, which they use to help train other team mates and the apprentices that join our training program. All employees not only have years of experience in various fields of IT but they are required to learn any areas of IT that they do not have as strong of an understanding with. As a result every team member is able to hand any type of service request or technical need at almost any level (There is still a difference between field technician level tasks and Sr Network Engineer and Programmer tasks and they are always assigned accordingly).
At RNS we work to assist with improving our community, as a Second Chance Employer, by hiring individuals that have difficulty finding gainful employment and have not had access to higher education or technical training in the past for various reasons, and providing them with a place in our apprenticeship program. We provide them with the tools and supplies needed for the job, as well as the educational materials and training needed to pass the required technical certification exams. All apprentices are given both on the job training as well as individual "classroom" training. Finally RNS pays the fees associated with the certification exams, and continues to provide this access for all future IT certifications our employees wish to pursue. As a result our employees are provided with the education and pathway needed to build successful careers. The proceeds from our various e-commerce sites are used to finance this program.
The President and Owner of RNS works side by side with the entire team and uses her experience and training to personally assist in everyone's individual training program. She over 20 years of experience with various aspects of computer science, and networking in including computer and printer repair, routing and switching, IPS/IDS, wireless site surveys-configuration, access point installation and configuration, QNAP device installation and configuration, Security System installation and repair, VoIP (Cisco Call Manager and Call Manager Express), POS (Payment Terminal) Systems, Security, VPNs, and Firewalls. We have have extensive experience with several systems such as Cisco, 3Comm, Juniper, and Palo Alto. The team is able to adjust to different environments as well as to learn new systems quickly. We have one CCNP certified Network Engineer on staff who holds multiple CCNP certifications in Wireless, Route & Switch, VoIP, Security, and Azure. And numerous technicians and Admins that are currently working to obtain various Cisco Certifications. We specialize in the ability to take on difficult tasks, multitask, work in high pressure environments, troubleshoot vital issues efficiently, and prioritize large workloads.
