Leasehold enfranchisementI instructed the firm to carry out a leasehold enfranchisement and after 15 months of exceptionally slow service (not responding to emails, not returning phone calls) and having to point out errors in the formal notices they did draft, I took the work elsewhere. Even going through their formal complaint process they were slow and uncommunicative.One time I did get hold of the paralegal dealing with my case I was told that my matter was not a priority, but he would get back to me later that week - and then nothing for 3 + weeks.I am sympathetic that things can get in the way, some tasks take longer than anticipated, but the total 'radio silence' in response to my emails did not make me feel like I was a valued client in any way
