Avoid having this experience.There really isn't anything worthwhile going for this franchise.Lack of promotions. Lack of rewardsLack of appreciation for the funds spent on this service.REFUSAL / Incredible effort to avoid closing the account.Succeeded eventually but frankly it was a frustrating and diabolical experience. Highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

After a small print condition which meant they removed a bonus I'd won, for not spending it in 7 days.. I tried deleting my account, no longer wanting to deal with them.You can't. They won't let you. They'll send you a link to "limit" your use on their page, but they won't let you delete.Upon pressing further, they ask you "but why do you want to delete your account?"Sinister. Absolutely creepy behaviour from a company.No resolution in sight yet...Reg Flag if I ever saw one. Hide behind "gambling welfare" statements as much as you want.. your behaviour is despicable.
So I've closed my account today, I don't normally check, but when I pay in british pounds, I expect it to come out in british pounds. I do see on their website they do stuff in Euro's but it wasn't even Euro's it was charged at USD which isn't the same, so my £20 deposit was higher. As other as said, this is one of the worst casino's out there.
