The teas are so nice and refreshing

The teas are so nice and refreshing! Love the cup, it makes drinking the tea so pleasant! No bits in your mouth but still full of flavour. Once I finished the favours I’ve got I’m defiantly ordering more!

Don't understand GDPR

I've been unsubscribed for some time and out of the blue started getting emails again. I pointed out that under GDPR I had a right to be forgotten and got some waffle about a new system - which, had they deleted me per my request wouldn't have been an issue. Then I get ANOTHER email today. I replied telling them they had earned a report to ICO and to NOT email me even an apology. Got yet another email against my specific request. Congratulations. Two ICO reports in one day.

Best tea brand out there!

I myself did not know all these kinds of tea exist so it was so informative with all the brochures inside the tea box and I loved trying all the beautiful flavours! Definitely recommend to all tea lovers and non tea lovers too😏

Teapro is a great store

I messaged teapro prior to purchasing any tea and they helped me choose tea that would be suitable for my needs. I also decided to start the tea subscription. I love the tea subscription because we discover new teas and find out all about them.
