I have been waiting for career services to call me. I’ve been waiting since February 11! They kept changing my advisor and the new advisor says she’s been calling me and can’t leave a voicemail, I have not even gotten one call from her! She lied so she wouldn’t look bad by not calling me like she was supposed to. Now I have bills to pay and no job because I can’t get a job in what I went to school for and no help from them to get a job!

When comes to my classes n my support I don’t have an issue I am not going to lie I read MULTIPLE REVIEWS THAT UMA HOLDS UR FINANCIAL AID MONEY. Before I start I am a honors student have two classes left supposed to be done in April. ForSome odd reason this school year they made me wait until February for my financial aid to come through and when I logged into my financial aid it was given in January than they broke my financial aide up into two payments one for February which took all of my money for school and the rest that I requested to offset my bills cause THAT IS WHY THEY ALLOW U TO TAKE IT OUT TO HELP WITH UR BILLS WHILE UR IN SCHOOL they are telling me I have to wait another month to get….meanwhile I graduate literally a month after they choose to release my money. Last semester when I was waiting for my financial aid I called cause one of my loans still said pending I spoke to someone and she literally cleared it and it stated approved and received the next day so that tells it all that yall have peoples payments. Than I speak to a manager by the name of Melissa, this is not my first rodeo going to school I HAVE NEVER EVER SEEN FINANCIAL AID AND LOANS GET DISTRIBUTED SEPARATELY she is going to tell me out of her mouth they only received half of the financial aid after I literally spoken to someone earlier that tried to get my money release cause I requested it for my bills and she said she couldn’t unfortunately do it cause it’s set for mar 4th which makes no sense to me at all. I’m only doing half of a semester so why is my loans and financial aid split up anyway. What saddens me is people take this money out to offset bills and yall will not help them but make is if financial aid only paid yall half why is yall bill not split into half when the funds apparently comes out. It’s a sad situation to me. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL TO ANYONE and I’m a honors student and will graduate in April.
First, they tell you that you are going to get a stipend, then 3 other people say you will, and then another person says you aren't. Then, when you tell them you are withdrawing, they HOUND you to death by calling and texting multiple times a day/ week. I am going to contact the Department of Education about the student aide that I got and see what can be done. This place is not a good school at all. And some of the quizzes that were taken, I can tell you that I had the right answer, but was still graded wrong. DONT GO TO THIS SCHOOL!!!! I know of someone who has been waiting for the stipend to be released, and they keep delaying the release of this money! This person NEEDS the money to pay bills! And the story keeps changing every time this person calls, and then when they call, they get a recording saying they are in a meeting, which I call BS. It's everyone is at lunch, and no other school that I have ever been in has everyone going to lunch every single day, all at the same time. And the Financial Aid department has no clue what they are doing at all. They really need to be reviewed by the Department of Education.
I started at UMA in June 2025. Everything was going smoothly until it came time for my financial refund, which I never received. I am set to graduate in March 2026, but as of January 22, 2026, I am still being asked for the tax form. I have become frustrated with the school's constant requests for financial documents. I’ve also read reviews indicating that they frequently ask for these things. Can you please tell me what’s really going on?Rozze
🥺As i’m writing ✍️ this bitter sweet Review .. i’m crying 😭, I will miss ultimate medical Academy so much they changed my life for the better. I am so happy I decided to branch off my career again and medical. Ultimate medical made sure I had everything I needed to succeed. It was no reason or no excuse of why I couldn’t succeed. They had the help. They had all types of people resources. They was just extremely helpful. miss makayla Miss Rose 🥺 oh my God I am gonna miss the phone calls the great conversations. I’m gonna miss y’all . They was on me was like my mom . would have been if she knew I had enrolled in school, they was only me they make sure I miss no exams, discussions, replies, assignment, even if I did miss some sometimes wishes I did. I’m not gonna lie. They made sure I got it,done , I wanted to quit so many times, but I knew I couldn’t quit and it wasn’t making me quit. They wasn’t letting me quit! They did not like to hear they were come from my mouth quit😫😭 but it was always u can DO IT , and LOOK I DID IT !!! I know there was not taking a no for ANSWER 🗣️. That’s why I chose UMA FOR SCHOOL ! they pushed the students to the max and I love them for that and thanks to them. I landed my first job. Yay! Fresh out out School! I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU UMA. THE BEST SCHOOL I EVER WENT TO.🥺❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️GO PUMAS !
i currently attend UMA and what i feared the most happened i read so many reviews that stated they had trouble with financial but i thought you know i will see for myself and guess what happened my financial aid was supposed to be released today and was not and i am a single mom who was relying on her refund to pay my rent i am so discouraged i think i am going to transfer schools
Loved the courses but the resume writers need to go back to college, I received multiple resumes because I asked them to re write them on a few occasions and I gave up on the last request. I'll just get a professional resume writer to write this.
I have had a great experience I graduate the 23 of November and they have helped me with a job In the field from work at home I am graduating with a 3.66 gpa the teachers and advisors was very supportive answer their calls work with your advisors do some of the work they ask when comes to them sending you job applications you will be very happy I start my job dec 4....
