I made a purchase using zip, from Best Buy. Payed the first payment with about $70 down. The product was damaged so we needed to return it and when we tried to buy the same item for the same price and the same store i was Not approved and had to start a new payment arrangement for over $200 down payment for just 4 weeks instead of 8. We were not able to make the purchase due to the much larger down payment with no explanation:
